I look forward to planning my children's parties every year. So much so, I don't always wait for their birthdays. We've had a few half birthday celebrations and Kiddie Valentine's Day parties, which were like play dates with a theme. Big budget not required!
Once the party's over and it's time for everyone to leave, I like to give the children something to remember the day. Some parents don't want their children to go home with a bag full of sweets, so I like to prepare a keepsake. For our baby showers and children's 1st birthday parties, we've given guests little picture frames for favors. I think I will repeat that idea next month, when my oldest turns the Big 1-0!
We were going to stick with a Football theme, since I have a lot of the decorations already from previous parties, but after viewing HotRef.com, the BBQ Birthday Party theme caught my eyes. In addition, my son is interested in something new, so it would be fun to explore options in red, black and white.
Here are a few of the favor ideas I'm considering for our next event:Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of HotRef. All opinions are 100% mine.
Mason jars are practical and could be used over and over again, so money isn't wasted. Another thing that makes it great, the kids can fill their take home jar with whatever their parents will allow. Whether it's candy from a candy table (if we have one), or fruit from our fruit table.
Those are my intentions, but there's a lot more to be seen. Visit HotRef.com for ideas and products for your next party!
