I love to receive a box of goodies, especially when the box of goodies actually has things in it, that I'm interested in using. Of course I'm grateful to be able to try something new...free...but still there's usually something or things in the box I've never heard of, cannot use and can't even give away. Not this time!

In the box:

Rimmel Scandaleyes eyeliner, Rimmel Eye Make Up Remover, Boots No7 Protect & Perfect Intense ADVANCED Serum, McCormick Gourmet Thyme, Fruit Vines Cherry Bites, EcoTools Hairbrush, NYC New York Color Expert Last Lip Color and Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Decaf Green Tea

Rimmel Eyeliner and NYC Lip Stick:
I have always wanted to try Scandaleyes, but I didn't want to pay for another eyeliner that didn't work as well as advertisements said they would. One try and I'm hooked. I have two cases full of makeup, one contains things I've wasted money on. The Rimmel Scandaleyes will be going into my box of "frequently used". I draw smiley faces on my hands to test how well an eyeliner will work for me. The smiley face came on so smoothly and easily, I couldn't wait to line my eyes with it. Another thing I noticed is I also had to used makeup remover to get it off, because it wouldn't wipe off easily.

The NYC lip stick reminds me of a brand I currently use. It goes on smooth and I love the color. I keep my lipstick in my purse because I have a habit of licking my lips and it usually has to be reapplied after a few hours. We were out looking at Christmas decorations and after three hours I noticed I didn't need it. We'll see if this is a common occurrence!

Fruit Vines: It goes without saying, my favorite items were the eyeliner and lipstick. The Fruit Vines came in a close third. Boy was it delicious! Luckily I was able to eat a few before my kids noticed the bag and ran off with it. The cherry Fruit Vines, from the makers of Red Vines taste a lot like Twizzlers (one of my favorites), but had a stronger cherry taste. It has no preservatives and initially I didn't think I would like it because the flavor was cherry, I'm a strawberry kind of gal, but it was good!

Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Decaf Green Tea: I'm a mint tea fan. When we lived in NY we would pick the leaves from my husband's grandmother's backyard and boil it, but I don't have a mint bush in FL. Celestial's Candy Cane Lane Green Tea tastes a lot like mint tea, so I like it!
