Summer Fashion in Autumn - Off Shoulder Tops
October 19, 2016 by

So, that confusing Florida weather continues. We're going to have 60° temperatures this weekend, which I look forward to, but it's still warm enough to show a little skin. My new favorite type of top, is anything off the shoulder, or "cold-shoulder". Here are a few cute picks from

Julia Off The Shoulder Scuba Frill Top. Available in Black, White or Blush. This style pairs well with jeans, dress pants or shorts and sits above the hips. What I like about this style is its ability to hide a tummy. You can wear any type of strapless shapewear to flatten the "pouch".
The Emma Tie Sleeve Bardot Top is another go-to style of mine. Who wouldn't appreciate a stylish top that can handle a wash in the machine? No need to dry clean this 100% polyester top. Elastic band at top to keep it in place, tied in a bow styled cuffs. Other similar faves are the Molly Split Back Bardot Tunic: Wide, 3/4 sleeves, hi lo design and split in the back and the Mia Woven Off The Shoulder Top which is a comfort top. Loose fitting all over, breathable and no need to wear shapewear. The length of these tops cover any mid section issues you may want to hide!

Cara Pleated Chiffon Lace Trim Bardot Top. Tiny pleats throughout, lace hem and elastic cuff.

This dressy off the shoulder top does all the work. No need to pair it with a pair of stylish trousers, just no-frills pants or jean in a lighter color will do. Anything more will take away from the beauty of this blouse.
Lastly, my top choice would always be a choice that combines two styles I really like. Peplum and Off The Shoulder. Check out the Lola Off The Shoulder Mono Box Pleat Peplum. I won't even need to wear shapewear with this. The pleated peplum style both accentuates a waistline and provides one!
